Von Zwehl's portraiture photography is something I have looked at as a reference and inspiration for my own work. Von Zwehl produces photographic portraits of her subjects in a variety environments under varying conditions, one of those conditions was in fact a sleep-deprived state.

This is a style I would be keen to adopt in regards to my own documentary, the neutrality of the background combined with the intense detail of the subjects produce striking images that I feel would compliment the content of my project.
